What are the most far fetched excuses that " couples or single" females use for not meeting up, camming or talking in the phone.
We have heard " my wife has to go to her mums as she just taken a heart attack, the baby sitter hasent turned up so can me the male come alone."
Eh.... not a chance pal is our reply, then block |

My grandsons got meningitis and I have to go to hospital. It’s funny we never managed to rearrange that meet. It’s ok though beacause two days later I was told “it’s going to be alright he’s coming out today”. |

We were supposed to be meeting a guy but he went quiet the week before the meet. He then mailed and said he'd fallen off a roof!
But my gut feeling was that he was telling the truth.
We met him a few weeks later and he still had bruises. He was a really nice guy. |

I don't think we've ever been given a really far fetched excuse.
We had to cancel once for genuine reasons, the guy wasn't pleased. We later rearranged but something told us he would cancel on us as payback. He did cancel, whether it was payback or not we shall never know. |

I was just headed out the door for a meet once when I got a call from my mate
He'd just been told he had terminal cancer
Funnily enough, I didn't feel much like meeting after that
I told the people I was meeting, who chose not to believe me and called me all the names under sun
Not one ounce of thought or understanding or compassion
It was automatic "it's a bloke, he's a liar, he's a timewaster"
That day, I really didn't need it
To give it context though, I really didn't care either.
Just let them go on with themselves a bit and then blocked them
After the way they conducted themselves, they had zero chance of me ever wanting to meet them
I didn't care that in doing so, I probably added to their theories
My mate lasted 4 months, riddled with cancer at 49
It helped me realise I needed more positive people in my life, not suspicious cynics |

"I wouldn't say I've had a really farfetch'd excuse although it's amazing how often people's mum's get rushed into hospital just before a meet. "
We had a couple where 'her granddad died'. She texted and said she didn't feel up to the meet. He emailed and said they couldn't wait for the meet. They clearly hadn't got their story straight. |
