The turkey is still digesting, you're getting to the end of that Xmas pud, Xmas cheer is slowly ebbing and that sodding relative still won't leave.
Come in here and have yourself a rant before New Years. Remember, kids, no replies and rants against preferences get you on next year's naughty list.

It's Thursday?
Nothing much to rant about, I've had a lovely week.
I suppose my only moan is, I'm heading home later today.
I thought I was back to work tomorrow morning, but I'm not in til the 30th.

My rant is that there was a couple that used to do the rant thread. They went awol. Stingly stepped up and did a great job. Now ... the couple are back and not a bit of an explanation about why they cast us aside like an old welly!

This isn't even a real rant but I'm hoping I'll encourage the Op to do RT's more frequently by posting. 
Why is it so bloody difficult to decide what to do sometimes? I have a list as long as my arm of possible pubs/bars/galleries to go to but I can't work it out. Maybe staying in the hotel is the best shout. It's a hard life. |

The post office are holding my lovehoney order hostage 
I got the email that it was delivered there (as requested) on Christmas Eve. All excited, I checked their christmas opening hours & the website said they were open until 5:30pm. I finished work at 3:30pm...perfect! Skipped along at 3:45pm ish & they were closed.
Thought that today was the day! It's not a bank holiday so they should be open until 5:30pm as normal.
Was supposed to be working until 3:30pm, got stuck late on a call & got out at 3:50pm.
Arrived at the post office at 4:02pm to see the lights all off.
They closed at 4pm  |

Toast and cut the bagel up into little pieces. Then add the condiments. I'd say that's some pretty fancy bruschetta and a fine wine. What a meal for a Thursday evening! |

I now have real rants.
1,Motorways & idiots who have no concept of spacial awareness & speed!
3 near misses on my drive home... I'm definitely getting a dash cam.
2, I can't remember this happening last year, so not sure if it's Christmas related.
But my inbox this last week has been inundated with the most ridiculous messages & one thing that I noticed.
Not one sender had a photo less than a year old or been verified in over a year. One profiles last pic update was 6yrs old & the last veri 4yrs ago.
Is it the holidays that bring them out of hiding?

But my inbox this last week has been inundated with the most ridiculous messages & one thing that I noticed.
Not one sender had a photo less than a year old or been verified in over a year. One profiles last pic update was 6yrs old & the last veri 4yrs ago.
