What a splendid way to blow away the cobwebs , and burn up all the goodies one consumes over Christmas.
We are about to go on our third walk , pooch can be quite demanding with big sad eyes .
So have any of my chums been on any adventures today |

No, and I am climbing the walls...
I’m used to run 10k+ on boxing day, perfect day for it on the Welsh border, and I am kind if trapped with family.
Will try to get out tomorrow, cabin fever has already made me very snappy already! |

I've been out all day doing what I do every boxing day! Except my horse did the walking trotting and galloping! The odd ditch and fence with lots of port and friends!!! Tally ho! |

I started my day with a dog walk with my mama’s 2 exceedingly well behaving Jack Russells. Such a lovely change from walking my naughty pair. The woodland here is stunning in winter. The rest of my 17000 steps were mainly traipsing up and down hospital corridors visiting my sister. Not the best place to spend xmas |
