Turkey or another meat ?
I’ve heard a lot of people find Turkey a little dry.
What meat do you have for your Xmas roast ?
Turkey ? Chicken ? Lamb ? Venison or game meats ?

Turkey is only traditional as we’re not allowed to eat swans anymore. Goose and pheasant are also traditional feasting meats.
I’m not cooking this year as I’m away with friends but my preference is for cockerel, my friend rears them for Christmas. They’re great to eat, will feed loads like a turkey but I think they are less dry.
I do like a bit of cock
