Bore da chums and happy Christmas eve  .
Up early for my last shift before Christmas.
Have a brilliant day today all of you . Remeber to be gentle to Your self and others today . There is an awful lot of pressure on every one for the perfect Christmas. It doesn't have to be like a John Lewis advert .
If things are getting a tad hectic, just take a moment to stop and breathe .
Have a wonderful Christmas all of you , you have kept pooch and I chuckling All year . Thank you for your friendship .
Remeber be as compassionate with yourself as you are with others.
