It'll be margaritas for us, but if you fancy something lovely, try this:
Apple Crumble Matini
4 parts cold pressed apple juice
3 parts Bison Grass vodka
2 parts cranberry juice
Chin chin!

I’ll be drinking many brambles over the next couple of days
Gin, sugar syrup, lemon juice and bramble gin (should be creme de mure but I bloody love bramble gin and it tastes the same pretty much!) in a glass filled with crushed ice. |

7.5 ml Gingerbread syrup
30 ml Single Cream
Serve in a coupe glass
