I know I drink far too much and particularly at this time of year. The excuse is always, well it is Christmas.
Is anyone willing to join in with a dry January and give mutual support? X |

The issue with me is, I've had a bad day so wine will solve it. It creeps up on you and then it's too often. The Christmas indulgence makes you feel sluggish. I want to feel revived and losing a bit of weight would be pleasant too x |

People can be incredibly supportive on here so I’m sure you will find that. I suppose it’s about forming new habits. For things to be different you have to change something otherwise the results are the same.
I’m sure you will do very well OP. Good luck with it |

I thought about what other drink I loved and replaced g&t with tea.. so now it's my go to when I want to relax and breathe. It's all about creating new habits. You can do it |

I am.
I did no meat no drink last year. Lost a stone doing it. So I'll be challenging myself with same until February 14th. I'm actually excited about it. It'll mean on my weekends free I'll have a clear head to hit morning gym classes.
Also. I'm to the point of over indulged now. I love getting with the family but every week this month, pub meals. X |

Been doing dry January for very long time. The first couple of days can be bit of a struggle but after that it’s easy and other benefit first time you drink again in Feb it’s a very cheap session as only need one or two to feel tipsy lol |
