Nobody 'has' to win it.....hence the frequent rollovers.

It's calculated using statistical formulae. If the lower prizes were larger then the company running it wouldn't make huge profits.

Still raises plenty for charity so all good.

Don't do any of the lotteries. Much prefer a night out at the casino or a punt on horses and football. Better chance of actually getting a return on your investment
