Not a big fan of NYE I will make a decision on the day if I will go out or not.Lots of Christmas pub drinkers about

We have not yet ventured into a club I have suggested it but unfortunately she's not on that yet. We are still to find our first meet. "
Actually I’d recommend clubs before meets. The barrier for making connections is lower. Never had a 1 2 1 meet, but quite some club/party fun!

Bristol is a bit dead this year, probably hit the nearest pub with a few friends.
May possibly go to the Fleece. It's not a band but should be a good night. |

I agree, the pressure to play is lower in clubs than private meets. Hence we only go to clubs. No awkward conversations when your not into whoever your meeting.
If I wasn't in Reykjavik over new years I would have loved xststia. Well worth the trip.

Have been invited to a house party which will be most awkward indeed as someone I have seen on here will probably be there with his family.

Xtasia also do a new years eve eve event on 30th December for people who who have to work or can't make it on 31st. Or if you're greedy you can do both nights.  |
