It all depends on the purpose behind it. You can get simple stretchy ones, either smooth or with some grooves, that work just for you. If you're going to use it with a partner, you might want to think of getting one that vibrates, so it stimulates both of you.

Personally, I prefer the adjustable cock rings, find them easier to put on a partner's cock without them flinching (that can be a bit of a passion killer).

Depends on the situation. You can get the regular rubber ones which are used just for you, or you can get ones that vibrate for your partners please too (also feels good for yourself)

If you do buy one though, buy lube with it. It'll make it easier to go on and you don't risk 'pinching' anything!
