"I’ll leave him a key. That way he can empty his sack for me without fearing retribution.
Is there a desired area you would have him “empty his sack ? " you cant ask a lady that but let me know what she says |

Not in the UK because "breaking and entering" is an American term. In UK its "burglary" and he does not meet the legal points to prove for that offence, and he doesnt cause criminal damage when he enters either as he is magic! |

" Err I beg to differ , when you empty your sack once a year only, it makes a hell of a mess |

I said for me not on me. He’ll empty it in the usual spot and he never gets it in my hair. |

Nope. No intent to steal, inflict GBH or cause damage. At worst he's a civil trespasser...However, if I find a man in a red suit in my house at two in the morning, it will not end well... |
