woman in the gym i go to is so strong she can lift me above her head with ease.
i get her to help with the bar when bench pressing.
she is fantastic and really friendly.just dont arm wrestle her because she broke the last guy.
but really nice, fantastic commitment to body building and helps everyone

One of my personal faves is Dana Lin Bailey
But for those who appreciate muscle check our Lisa Cross she is a British bodybuilder and does er other work lol

Great choice I used to prefer Figure or Physique. Try looking at Miss Galaxy Universe that was a great competition and a friend of mine used to run the WABBA comps for the UK. |

My fuck buddy was a powerlifter and did a bit of strongwoman. She's toned up alot now and is quite muscular but still retains her lovely curves so not too extreme |

I train more strength than hypertrophy, although some of the latter is happening. It's giving me a much nicer shape than I'd expect to have at my weight. |
