Nobody ever said that joining a site like this means that there will be 24 hour shagging for you, it still takes effort to attract people.

As an example, if you were to approach us we would take one glance at your shop window and realise that after two months you still had the computer generated text on your profile. It's a very quick observation, but it would make us think that you weren't that bothered about meeting anyone, as you haven't put any effort in.

Some obviously think there would be a full mail box every day and don't make any effort. However, the worst culprits are couples (not all), who think we're so desperate we'll respond to an empty profile, no pics etc. I have put a lot of effort in mine , rewriting several times, different pic types, but my messages go unread and my profile unviewed . How can anyone have an opinion about a profile (or the person) without looking? My mail box is empty most of the time, with the exception of a few gay men and the odd abusive message about daring to have hair, I'm 45 and it ain't grey yet, I'm making the most of it lol. And a couple saying I don't have any veri's therefore I must be a time waster. Any conversations I have managed to have have been so one sided with effort I've gone off them.

This is not uncommon because I have heard many stories of people having their pics stolen over and over again. That is another reason why I have to be extra careful on here. There many crazy folk out there!

Here is my personal experience:

Last time I was on here my whole profile text was literally copied and pasted. No clue why they chose mine because it was really basic just like it is now. When friends first told me about it I was shocked, but thought nothing can be done. Then one of them looked at my profile as if to let me know and rub it in. Cheeky fucker

Female half here, I’m inundated with Male fwb requests. Our Male isn’t. It’s tough on here for guys. Girls know what they want and are spoilt for choice.

Guys think this site is full of girls willing to drop their knickers for anybody.

Here is my personal experience:

Happened to my old solo profile (and BrightonSteve's) in the same week a few years back. Word for word cut and paste jobs by two guys who to be honest were much better looking than both of us.

A very stupid idea indeed. Two straight guys. Who'd copied references to sucking cock.

How we chuckled to eachother knowing they'd never get a meet again.....

No matter how good looking a person may be if they aint got basic common sense or not much happening between their ears then i'm afraid it just won't work!
