So I did the generous thing and bought a random homeless (supposedly) man, a KFC meal of his choice.
A part of me feels guilty as it wasn't a healthy meal.
What good deeds have made you feel uneasy?

What if he was vegetarian?
To be honest I've never felt guilty about helping a person out, no matter who they are!
How decent of you to have done what you did!

It's winter. Doubt he would have been happy with a salad.
I don't do good deeds. No uneasy feelings here. |

Yeah I here stories of homeless gangs in Liverpool who aren't really homeless. Their manner and politeness makes you want to get them something though, those ones will wear me out eventually... Good customer service if I could leave a review. ![](/icons/s/mrgreen.gif) |

"Did you do it to make yourself feel good . no such thing as a selfless good deed."
He approached me, I didn't seek him out. Don't carry change so asked him what he would like to eat. |

Taking a drug addict in and trying to help him get back on the straight and narrow
It went very well for a while, but drugs have a powerful sway
They won
I had to cut him out
Looking back, I was full of good intention but ill equipped and inexperienced in helping someone in his position

"A lot of street beggars are fake.
Make hundreds a week.
"
Unfortunately this is too true, I’ve over heard a couple of ‘homeless’ talking and bragging and in the conversation they was having talking about taking the missus and kids out for the weekend etc.
I’ll help the ones you find later in the evening or late at night, as you know they aren’t there for con. |
