Nah, it's basically a term for where someone has a wank and spunks on them. Resembling a Jackson pollock painting. An artist famous for being shite and just splashing black and white all over a canvas.

i did decline but he had a vision of me painted in stripes like a tiger! i think it might have been due to the fact i was somewhat vicious in my messages to him lol |
