It's expensive.
I recommend going to covent garden to a cocktail diner there close to the Apple store.
They mix the drinks really well, gin, vodka martini cost £11 but it was excellent |

"A lot of central London is rather touristy and expensive.
Watch your drinks, and watch your wallet.
"
Absolutely. Don't let your drink out of your hand............even for a bloke, just don't put it down where you can't see it all the time. Your wallet can be replaced............the rest could be a nightmare. |

"Ronni Scott’s, Bar Italia, Little Italy. Loads of places to eat and drink.
Some of it is touristy but the same as anywhere busy and popular "
Ronnie Scott's after about 11pm is one of the best places in the world to be on a weekend |

Most bars close before midnight , it’s great for a walk around but if your after drinks and a night out I’d head to Mayfair or as has been suggested Covent Garden. Central London itself wouldn’t be on our top lists for a night out. Best off hitting the outskirts |
