For me fab has increased my confidence in travelling. Thanks to a very lovely ladey hoo hosts the stp.
Yesterday I inbarked on a very fun and exciting rail tour being palld by a black 5 (a steam train) and ended up over 200 miles away from Margate. The furthest I've ever been so far. And if not for fab id probably never have dun it. 
So wot has fab helped you with ?

Well, it's confirmed for me that people like me for me, not just for my gash.
It's reminded me there are good people in the world, and you can find them in the most random places.
It's helped my confidence no end.
It's been a huge support network when I've needed it.

Fab has given me the closest and most amazing group of friends who through this last year have without a doubt kept me smiling when the crap was falling around me! I adore every one of them 
It's also opened my eyes to manipulative behaviour, liars and cheats and reminded me that I am pretty much the only person I can trust and rely upon....so plenty of swings and a few roundabouts! |

That’s great to hear from Seeside
In the seven years on fab we have realised that there are a hell of a lot of people like us who enjoy nsa sex , and that we are not the only ones who enjoy pushing boundaries .
We would have never done half the debauched stuff that fab has facilitated , well at least some of then members of fab anyway .
On the downside , it has opened our eyes to the shallowness of such a lifestyle choice . How meaningless is all is , and that if you look for any depth and meaning you’ll be sadly disappointed to find none . But that’s not hidden , if you go in with your eyes open it’s great fun while it lasts . |

It helped me get a flat arse wrinkles from laugh to much and a lot less done than I should have. It's also brought me some very good friends and tought me some very valuable lesson. All of which are why even against my better judgement and the fact I very rarely meet anymore that I haven't yet deleted my account. |

It has helped me become celibate, frustrated, confused, dismayed by the ever lengthening tales of bull shit, even more cynical, totally sceptical, abhorent of some of the lengths people will stoop for a shag and finally, and most significantly, alcohol dependant.

Fab has made me like what i see in the mirror instead of criticising myself all the time. Hubby and i have had lots of very weird but wonderfully open and honest conversations since becoming swingers.. |

It has also shown me some very very long profiles that demand the jumping through of a ridiculous number of hoops (often unrealistic ones) that issue an endless list of do's, don'ts and other rules.
Profiles that are so far up their own arses that they are eating their breakfast for a second time that day.
Profiles that, to me, indicate that they are either spoilt or only really looking for a reflection.
Those long drafts of cliches and sentences that say 'This person is high maintenance, opinionated, narcissistic and probably a lousy fuck!'

A black 5 pulling the train from Ashford all the way to Alresford.
Fantastic comfortable vintage carriages.
And fine dining with silver survice all the way up and back
