So you get a message. It reads well. Like the person actually put a lot of effort to it. You look at the profile and the profile pic is of a guy with his penis out and taken over the not so clean toilet. It's the only cock pic on his profile and the other pics are just what your after. His profile and verifications all seem good and in line with what you'd usually go for.
Do you A: Delete
Do you B: Reply and say no thanks.
Do you C: Reply and point out the faults with the picture?
Do you D: Message back and see where it goes.
Answers on a postcard.

I’d probably make some part jokey, part snarky comment about the pic. If and only if the rest really floated my boat. If he didn’t get my comments in the way in which they were meant and come back with something equally humorous, we’d swiftly move to delete and block.
