OK guys, most of us have had a good moan about the lack of response from the opposite sex or couples, so please use this thread to tell them something interesting about yourself, nothin sexual though, hopefully it will prompt a conversation and that may lead to, well who knows. I’ll start off with a few highs and lows in my life.
At the age of 32 I had a heart attack, a wake up call i changed my life around, lost 5 stone in weight, took up Jiu Jitsu, running and cycling, gained my black belt in March of this year, diagnosed with cancer, beat the shit out of it so everything is looking pretty good for me at the moment.

I can imagine. I had a wake up call too, but nowhere near as dramatic, back in 2008. That caused a major rethink and lifestyle change for me too. Good to hear the changes you made have enabled you to be much healthier  |
