So I'm in a rut at the moment.
I exercise twice a day, half hour a time, have bread no more than once a week, pasta once a fortnight and a pretty well balanced diet.
But I feel utterly shit about it.
Even dropping from a 22-24 to an 18-20 doesn't make me feel any better.
I don't see the weight loss.
All I see is bum, tum and the creep of bingo wings.
I dance a lot, I run around wearing leather and metal armour swinging weapons, I walk a lot.
But I don't feel better about it.
But I don't know if it's OK to ask for an ego boost.
Am I allowed to say "someone other than Mr GR tell me I'm pretty".
Am I allowed to say "someone tell me I look alright and not just because you want to fuck a fat chick".
Because at the moment I really need some kind of pick me up.
Tldr: May I be vain for a few moments please.

I think sometimes after weight loss or any change to your body, its hard to see the changes on yourself, still seeing the "old" you in the mirror.
Regardless, I think you're gorgeous.

Definitely take pics OP. It can be difficult to see the difference in a mirror. Also keep the biggest outfit you had, to compare new ones with.
I don't want to shag ya and I think you look great! (- Not just saying that for a shag x) |

Totally agree.
At my biggest I was a size 16, I'm now 8-10 but still have days where I look in the mirror and think I'm putting it back on, despite my clothes telling me different. We don't always see what's in front of us.

Everyone has days where they feel 'fat'. Even very slim people.
Many people don't realise this. Congrats on the loss. x |
