I’ll be watching my kids open their presents with my mum, we’ll be having a tot of rum in our tea lazy morning with the kids with a big brunch as we’re having our Christmas meal the day before |

"As lovely as it is to be in a hotel I always feel for the staff on these occasions, same as restaurant staff . Just to be a total grinch for a minute "
Might have to invite1 or 2 to join us in our room to say thank you lol |

Presents with my son, then he leaves for his mums. Thinking of volunteering with one of the homeless charities if they have room for an extra pair of hands |

Believe me, extra volunteers are always welcome.

I’m really hoping we’ll all be at mine again - 12 of us in all! I’m praying that they’ll let mum out of hospital at least long enough to have Christmas Day with her family - as sadly I’m pretty sure it’ll be her last! |

"I'm working til 1am Christmas eve.
I'll be driving home to the Midlands straight after, hoping to get there before my kids wake up. "

Yep!
Due to a rota cock up I have to work.
I'll be leaving the Midlands at 11am driving 220miles, working 6hrs then driving straight back after.
I swear if I hear that song play once, on either journey, I'll rip the radio out of my car

Will probably have to wake my teens up like last year, then they pile into our room and open their stockings before having Bucks Fizz and a chocolate croissant from a lovely farm shop near me |

Don't forget to sprinkle some sparkly reindeer food in your garden Christmas Eve just before bedtime |

Ive got no kids or family so it'll be a day of housework, bit of tidying up in the garden if the weather is ok and then into the garage to do some car work. |
