Wore sexy high heels last night- was dancing up a storm on the dance floor (as you do).
But my feet hurt now (oweweeeee).
Any recommendations on those ‘in-sole things’ for next time- or even any better ideas?
The balls of my feet are on fire!

They are sticky stick to bottom of shoe personally I've worn them and still have that burning sensation. |

Soak your feet in warm water
...then some good foot moisturiser. .. you can also buy foot sock treatments ...like paper socks you wear for 20 mins
Or just put vaseline on your feet ... put some bed socks on , keep them on in bed . |

"Surely its nothing a good foot massage won't solve xx"
Oh ladies, I know how your feet suffer for fashion. Yes a foot massage, gentle at first, a cooling tongue... gradually reviving them, easing the pressure points and soreness and leaving them relaxed, pampered and well loved.
I love to look after sore and tired feet at the end of the day. Any London ladies in dire need please get in touch. |

Take two pairs of shoes with you, the slightly different shape can give you relief where it’s needed.
Also go one size up on what you normally wear, your feet swell as the night goes on, this might help also.
In addition, sit and rest, there’s always plenty of random guys about that give free foot massages. |

I know all about hitting the dance floor, but nothing about sore feet so no comment |
