Migraines are wonderful little things: they stop you from seeing out of one eye, stop you from driving and can come and go as they please, with no prior warning.

For me they are triggered by flashing (xmas) lights at a frequency less than 20 hz.

They also make excellent instant sickies...which I suspect you are about to do.
