If a close up cock avatar appears in my inbox I usually delete on sight. If the first thing I see on a profile is something taking my eye out, usually the same.

I would recommend that guys take a pic that includes most of the body like yours does, and then load it FIRST on their profile, so that it is the LAST thing I see if I am on a phone. It's actually less of a problem on a desktop because if I click on pics I see 9 small thumbnails.

But if I am on a phone, and I like the first few body or face pics, I can choose to carry on and find it for myself. It has, as the poster above mentioned, something to do with choice and consent - I need to be given the option, then I don't feel violated if I make the choice.
