I did my first aid course last July and they still teach you to sing "Nelly" in your head and its the right speed for doing chest compressions!!

We used to do that and have caused mayhem on training days with that song

Nelly the Elephant is soooo last year lol.....just requalified and evidently it is now NO breaths just chest compressions to the sound of Staying Alive |
