Step 1 teabag & sugar in cup
Step 2 add boiled water
Step 3 leave for 30 secs - 1min
Step 4 remove teabag
Step 5 add milk and stir
Deviate from this and you are a sicko. Put the milk in first you say? Get to f*ck!! And once you get there keep on walking.

I cycled lots around Yorkshire this year, not seen a single tea plantation.
Also, OP - leave out the sugar."

What about filling the cup with hot water first to warm it? Empty it then add tea bag then fresh hot water..
