With so many appreciation threads lately it's all starting to lose its meaning. Are people still actually enjoying these threads or finding it all a bit tiresome like me?

I assume a mod decided that the fun had got out hand. Personally I think closing the threads is more appropriate than deleting then, but they're not the most content-rich threads, so no harm done.

I appreciate the opportunity to recognise the fact

Completely boring is how I’m finding them. Luckily I can ignore those threads so that’s ok
