I think I've tried most of them, and still no f***ing luck.
I even bought the most comfortable mattress on the planet and I still can't bloody sleep some nights.
I need an 'Off' switch for my brain |

My insomnia is annoying and doesnt help I'm a light sleeper. Probably cant talk about it on here but I find a certain 'erb helps along with some music or TV. Reading helps me too coz it relexes me to the point it lowers my blood pressure making me sleepy. Failing all that I just have a wank |

"Does anyone have any tips to beat insomnia "
Yeh...
If you can't get to sleep but when you eventually sleep you don't want to stop.
You are anxious.
If you can fall asleep but you wake up early and can't go back to sleep.
You are depressed.
Manage the same way as any other anxiety depression.
Routine/sobriety/exercise/diet/suitable career/social/leaisure activities
Or pills |

Simple blood test from Dr would be able to clear that up coz if you have a B12 deficiency then store bought suppliments arent enough. I was dangerouy low a couple of years ago, i was an absolute mess. Only because i finally a dr to listen to me i got tests done. Better now, more or less. |

Zopiclone....failing that I don't know, I've struggled with it for 18 years and tried all sorts. Night nurse works if you reach that point where you've gone days with barely any sleep, but makes you groggy the next day.
There's an app called 'deep sleep' by Andrew Johnson that sometimes works for me, it's a hypnosis one, get laid in bed, plug your earphones in and do what it tells you. |
