yes I come in from work knackered and think oh I'll just lie down for a minute but I won't fall asleep. Lol. |

Yeah that’s what I thought but due to not be able to sleep I binge watched so I’m caught up and waiting for new episodes, the ranch is another good show and I’m looking forward to new season starting soon |

Lol not been that bad to call in sick but as I’m on strict orders to bed rest, I’ve been binge watching shows I have really liked to make me rest as I’m occupied lol |

Just a little hack for anyone who cant sleep but really needs to (ie up for work early etc) take 3 piriton (or any other brand anti alergy tablets NOT the non drowsy) with an alcoholic drink ( 1 glass wine or equivalent units) you'll be zzzzzing within the next half hr max.
Not one to do all the time cos you build up tolerance quickly and it will stop being effective if done too many times in a short timeframe |

I've tried that , it works aswell. I only took 2 piriton though |

Maybe just Start with 2 then if that worked for you. I just got told 3 when someone clued me up on it. Antihisthermines quite often prescribe by docs specifically for sleeping problems instead of more hardcore sedatives |
