What is the perfect cracker to accompany the cheese with?

Such a selection of cracker these days it's hard to choose.

Mmmm cheese

I like digestives or water biscuits for strong cheeses.

Or if I'm feeling guilty about eating ALL the cheese then I use cucumber slices - it cancels out all the fat

I like putting butter on them first, and squeezing the cheese between two crackers so the butter curls out of the tiny holes
