Dropping the Fab word in!

I went on a very pleasant POF first date today. Tea and cake at a nice cafe at a local beauty spot. During our chat the lady described something as being FAB.

Was this a sign or a coincidence? Do you drop the word Fab into vanilla date conversations?Your views please!

I drop it into every conversation I can to see who reacts. Sometimes I say it as I pass strangers in town for the same reason.

Possibly. But the site was named Fab for a reason (I’m assuming) - fabulous or fab is a commonly used word that everyday people use in everyday conversation!

It’s only because we are on here that we see the added significance of the word, a bit like when we snigger at BBC when to everyone else it’s a tv station.

there a probably better words to drop into conversation which might give a clue . Dont ask me though.

Fab is short for fabulous, which is a perfecter normal word to be used in any conversation that involves something really cool or awesome.

Does not automatically mean "I am a swinger".

Nope it’s just a word.

I did bite my tongue though when I said to my neighbour after a particularly heavy summer downpour “ooft it’s soaking wet now” to which he remarked “aye it’s fab, the plants have been gagging for it!
