The land of grey peas and bacon |
Of weight watchers for me!! I am pretty determined to do it this time as for a couple of years I have failed to do it and ended up a bit like I have failed myself.
Is there anything that you have tried to do but seem to hit a brick wall doing it?? |

ooooo before xmas i was doing 2 hrs work out aday and being very good....
Now i havnt botherd since xmas eve as i've eaten to many sweeties.
saying that i did run down the road past abig puddle the other day when walking the dogs and carried on til i got home.
Just need a goal to work towards to kick strat my bum again |

" So far its the best diet out there it works even better if u can excise a bit.It has been proven even by the nhs some gps refer their patience to it.Just try sticking to it n going to the clases i found that it works better 4 me.Unlike if u do it on line.Goodluck 2 u. |

Signing up to slimming world on Thursday and they have promotion if you sign up for first 12 weeks so I am committed. Plus free membership. Oh and today have walked to Morrisons rather than get the bus. |

I'd suggest a) keeping a food diary b) drinking lots of strong coffee and c) drinking plenty of water.
The diary helps you keep track of your calories, but make sure you're honest with what the write down. Coffee increases the metabolism and water helps ward off the hunger for a while.
