"Star Wars toys collection. Should never have opened them in the first place too, never mind chucked."
I was the same, only learned at a later date that you're supposed to play with one and keep another one in a perfect condition but who does that as a kid. |

"What have you thrown away or sold that in hindsight you should have kept because it's worth money now or for sentimental reasons etc"
I was given a brand new £1 note by my granddad just before they were taken out of circulation and not long before he died.
I gave it to my parents for safekeeping (because at aged 7 I knew it would be worth something one day)
I asked about it a few years later - they told me they'd exchanged it for a coin! I was fuming! |

"Way to many to mention.
But top of list is my first motorbike when I was 14 years old a Yamaha FS1E worth a mint these days. I can still remember the reg number."
I've still got my ap50 and acquired quite a few classic 50"s including 2 fissies and have other classic superbikes like rd500 and slab side gsxr luckily before prices went stupid. |

I threw away at least 70 netball trophies. When I moved house I had no room other than the attic, so I chucked them. Fourteen years of League/County netball. I want them back |

I've a dt50 stood in the back of my garage. It's got to have been there the last 15 years. It's only done 1200 miles to. |

Wow you must have a big garage for what sounds like a fantastic collection of classic motorcycles. |

I found a carrier bag containing my original Nintendo gameboy plus about a dozen games on Monday when having a bit of a clear out in a forgotten part of the house. I was going to just chuck the lot in the bin but my sister suggested it might be worth taking them to a game shop.
I made a fair few quid from them. Apparently people who had them and got rid years ago want them again. It pays to be a bit of a hoarder sometimes |
