"Tyson fury apparently has lost 10 stone how the fuck has he done that without any drug sin olved xx"
If you are going to imply he used drugs, which PEDS do you think he would have used? Particularly given that he would have been wanting to lose fat and not muscle mass. |

He already mastered a technique and breathing needed for repetetive training as a pro boxer. He trains more efficiently than a learner.
His mental problems and drugs completely stopped him doing anything.
Once he was over that he went straight back into a routine.
His attitude to exercise won't be like people who say "you need rest days"....even on his "rest day" has still doing some form of exercise/being active.
It's more than 1 hour per day exercise. Athletes will go to the gym in morning...Casual walk or bikeride...then boxing....then swimming...
Tyson fury runs arround carrying logs on his back.
He would have obviously took baby steps when he was fat. But his daily routine will be exercise/rest several times per day alternating.
He won't be going hard and then depleating himself for 48 hours. He would be doing something different the next day after a heavy gym session instead of "resting". |
