I was thinking more high brow. Some extra mature cheddar, a slice of ham perhaps, and some tommys.

Happy Payday!

Mine's next week, and will be going on rent, paying back payday loans (I am catching up each month), but all else will be going on my MOT.

Car is squealing like crazy as brakes are shot, and now it's happening when I'm not even using the brakes. Also tracking/suspension ishoos, broken exhaust (at frot) and new (2nd hand) tyres are confirmed as needing done (including one I changed a couple of weeks ago!) A recent diagnostic revealed EGR valve faulty, and "no plausibility between O2 valve and..." whatever the rest said. Thirdly, "wrong key" came up.

Moreover, it feels like the spark plugs/coil pack are faulty as car judders when I accelerate (RAC guy said alternator sounds lazy).

As for the ancillaries, the wiring for the internal lights has been gone for a while, same for the reverse lights, one of the buttons for electric windows has come off.

Dreading what else the MOT will reveal...

But it runs.

I am looking at a nice VSR G-spec airsoft rifle, as I am getting too old to run round a paintball field shooting at people.
