Why do people who have only just set up an a/c think they can order people by saying add me now as a friend ...and perhapes trying to read a persons profile could save them a lot of time ...what are your thoughts ? |

I think they soon get used to how it works and once the excitement of actually being on a swingers site wears off and they stop messaging with the horn
But then again maybe not |

I find it very annoying to receive friend requests from people I have never spoken to.
- I just ignore them.
Yes you are right to the newbies, there has been a fair few this week.

Because they have no idea how this site actually works and have yet to realise that they are in the minority and will have to try a little harder that on a dating site lol |

A second message from a guy suggested several dates in January that he could do and wanted me to pick one that was convenient to meet yet we haven't even chatted |

I had the funniest message off a single male profile that was started less than an hour before he sent it, it read :-
" I want to f**kin f**ck your f**kin fanny off"
Sooooooooo funny I thought
And then he left the site |

When we get a friend request, we try to be as polite as possible and let them down gently, it seems to work to be honest. Don't get us wrong, if they persist then we offer firm 'career advice' if we still don't get through we block them.
We also enjoy explaining to single M's posing as couples that they might have to work at it, they don't get to play with another person's partner without respecting boundaries, ticking certain boxes (excuse the pun!) and producing a partner themselves.
Most importantly no one orders us around, if we like we cooperate fully. No likey, f*ck offie! xx |

I think that the facebook revolution means that some people think that adding as many friends as possible = fabulously popular person that you would be mad not to meet
Bit different on here when so many people will value their privacy though |

It's the exception, not the rule. Tell them to piss off. |

Even though I do not get many PMs and already have newbies blocked, I still get the odd ones from those that have joined the site for less than a month, who obviously have not read my profile and do not meet my criteria.
I just decline, delete and block, without giving it another thought.

To be honest, people who have been here a while do the same thing with me. I don't think it's something "newbies" are solely guilty for. Plus "Newbies" don't know any better where people who have been on here for years should know better! |

I don't accept random friendship requests and I've only had one persistent, gave up waiting for a message from them as I wasn't interested in them and blocked them. Thing is at that point, their status was that a child was off to university so they were looking for fun for the afternoon, had they bothered to ask, I would have told them that I would be at work, think 4 requests over the weekend is just pointless and ridiculous and they just didn't seem to get the message hence the block |
