"My first mince pie of the year.
From Aldi. Black Forest with chocolate and cherries.
What have you just had ?
What’s your favourite mince pie ? "
How is that even a mince pie?! Sounds brilliant but I’m doubting it qualifies as a mince pie... |

"I don't do mince pies but fuck, I'd give a black forest one a whirl "
Even the pastry was chocolate pastry.
I’m following it with a ginger bread latte. |

Yeah... my chicken and rice doesn’t seem to have hit the spot in the same way"
Chicken is good. I’m having a chicken curry later. |

Just sat in car having eaten a couple of Gregg's sausage rolls with a black coffee waiting to pick up my click and collect order from Tesco where I might indulge later in one of the lattice puff pastry mince pies |

I do like them but was just thinking the same!!! Although in the absence of mince... I'm not sure how they are classed as mince pies |

Just had a Celebration. Twix one
My favourite mince pies are from Philpotts. *drools* Perfect pastry to filling ratio. Buttery. Sugary. Sweet with just a hint of tang.
I may have to pick up some. For my team at work. Honest |

I had a couple of mince pies from Sainsbury’s bakery they were pretty good but I felt they needed more filling but the best I have bought are Morrisons bakery but neither compares to my Gran’s recipe when I have time to make them |
