They are delicious. You get a muffin tray and line it with ham, then spinach, then some chopped cherry toms, sprinkle of cheese then crack an egg on top. Put in the oven for about 20 mins on 180° |

don't forget to spray with frylite and use a silicone tray if you have one. They are worth making. |
