How many suffer from any of the above?

How seriously are you affected and what creams, tablets or sprays do you use to help?

I'm allergic to grass pollen, and have been since ince i was 11 years old, (ironic i know) but i'm trying to get it under control without anti histamines and it seems to be getting better.

In winter i suffer from eczema and treat that with Cetraban cream which helps a lot.

Asthma for me, I had an attack in my early 20’s that went after a few months, then 20 years later I had a rather bad attack and had to be nebulised to get my oxygen up again, steroids etc and it seems to have stayed this time

My main allergy is to sesame as I found out after eating humus which contains tahini paste (ground sesame), I was practically anaphylactic, ted blotch face and chest, itchy palms and soles of my feet, tightening of the throat, yeah it was pretty scary, needless to say I avoid sesame now

Asthma, I have two different types of inhaler. Not massively affected by it anymore though. Used to have hay fever from the age of 21 but that seemed to stop after a few years.

Cut out dairy from your diet. I mean all. I guarantee things will improve.

I'm not allergic to anything natural.

But I get contact dermatitis from working with detergents without propper ppe.

Most people can get bits of diluted detergent on their skin and be fine. But I get dermititis from it.

I have asthma but born with it used to use inhailer grey and blue capsules.

Been in hospital many times with it.

Was taught to control my breathing and learn to calm down sometimes in a dark place.

Last bad dose 25 hospital was on the cards.

However I smoke have done since 20s my triggers no longer affect me.

As I do the building trade which is full of them.

Sensortive skin got to be careful what stuff I use including washing powder.

Managed to avoid alot of skin problems.

Hayfever here. This summer was the worst I have ever had I just couldn't control it with any over the counter meds. Ended up having to get some antihistamines prescribed by my GP

After 17 years of blistering skin, then dried and cracked by steroids. I went to Holland and Barratt. Food allergy test. Bingo. Perfect skin
