Who else suffers with this? In need of a damn good snuggle up somewhere warm and sunny and a big tearful whinge today

I get it a bit but a friend of mine gets it really bad. So I bought her a SAD lamp and a huggable hooty. it seems to be doing the trick so far.

This happens to me usually within a couple of weeks in to october I'd dearly love to be on a hot and sunny beach right now

I've got a lamp which does help... If I remember to set it! Never heard of a hooty tho... Must google x

Hooty is awesome. You put it in the microwave for a minute, then you have a warm owl friend to cuddle.

Yup! I may actually give a sunbed a go for the first time this winter and see if it helps.

Yeah, exactly. Except it's a cute owl and smells like lavender.

My big sister suffers badly from this, she now books a week away in the middle of November to the Mediterranean..Big hugs to all SAD sufferers xx

Pretty much in a nutshell, yep. Feel so utterly wretched with it, am on vitamins and uva /UVB but still feeling like curling up and sleeping til spring x

Seasonal Affective Disorder. Basically the cold, miserable darker days makes you sad and low in mood.

Me....I've been sat in my van all warm and had a call out to a job...not looking forward to getting out x
