check his profile - as a site supporter you'll be able to see if you've mailed him in the past - the other way around the block would be for him to change his age, then mail you, then change it back. |

No only that one specific person who mailed you can... all other 20 something males will still be blocked. Previous contact will be the only thing that allows someone to over ride the filters you have put in place. |
