Must be moist, just the right moistness...
I know it’s an oooermisses moment, but that’s so important....
Do the carrots first and get as much moisture out them as you can - even a few mins under grill. |

Dont know why but ive never really liked carrot cake, i think its because it seemed like my parents where sneaking me veggies when i was younger lol |

I’m an experimental cook, it gets made up as I go along but it was a basic cake mixture with lemon zest and fresh basil then a basil and lemon juice sugar mix drizzled on top after they were cooked. |
