Apparently you also get time wasters on pay sites.

It appears, for some, the thrill of the chase etc is more of a turn on than meeting, and they are willing to pay.

Not sure you'll ever get rid of them.

Personally, I think the swinging scene in London is very different. I’m not a fan of everything that I see in my local feed and the statuses that I read. They make me very uncomfortable.

I’ve found that I’ve usually gotten along much better with those who live outside of London and found them to be much more open and happy to meet, socialise and go from there.

But, those in London, that hasn’t been the case. I’ve had people string me along (and they’re all verified too), stood me up, excuses. So, I rarely meet now.

You get the exception where someone ticks all your boxes but unfortunately for me, I don’t think I do theirs (yes, bring out the violin).

Don’t think the above makes much sense but I’m trying to say things without sounding like a right arse.

I do think they should charge but the current charge is more than adequate to put off most cheating as scared of bills etc, plus the Friday/weekend night wankers would at least think twice, I myself am fed up starting to build a rapport with someone to then just have them disappear, maybe their wives aren't as stupid as they think they are!

The solution isn’t to charge excessively as I think you’d lose a lot of genuine people. I have no idea what the solution is though. The people who want to waste time enough will pass any verification and pay whatever.

As frustrating as these situations are, the real folk are what makes us stay on this site. When you find them they’re worth a million timewasters and dreamers.

I do get both out of Fab. I’m a site supporter because I think Fab stroke the right balance. Affordable and genuine. You don’t machine generated messages.

A lot of the pay sites are riddled with fake users to entice you into buying a subscription.
