Whats you're genre for working out?
Mines Heavy Metal.... Slipknot, Metallica etc. Some really fast heavy beats.
In the gyms they play pop and charty crap. Surely it should be agressive angry fast heavy metal! That'd getting people going. Hopefully out of the door so I can use the equipment faster |

Never hear it on in the gyms. I asked the staff and the said they have no control over the music. |

My mate owns a gym he hates metal but,he always as it on wait put you in an aggressive mood and lift's more |

I don't really mind what music is on at the gym. Just enjoy my workout session. Having said that I do keep one song as backup if need a little booster to finish final sets/reps.
