"Because they can. " I can't comprehend how it can be legal to sell a weapon to an 18 year old. At that age most kids still live with their parents and have their laundry done and meals cooked by their mother, with little to no responsibilities.

It will be i interesting to find out any involvement of prescrition medication in this one. Then again, they might just hush that one up because drug companies make quite a few pennies these days. |

Armed forces and public is not quite the same.
They're drilled daily and are taught discipline.
These kids can literally take a break from playing thier xbox, go buy a gun and kill their next door neighbour. |

Yep, that's true. But they are signed into and out of the armoury, just for the period of supervised use.
Not like those weapons are laying around the house whilst someone is drinking or doing drugs.
An entirely different set of circumstances. |

That's good, at least they will know how to use a firearm correctly when they go on the rampage. |

OK it is not that easy to by a hand gun in America you can by a rifle or a shot gun on the same day but it takes 5 days to get a hand gun I lived in America for 30 years they will never change the gun laws as the 2nd amendment give you the right to carry and bare arms so it is a losing battle that will never end if you want a gun the illegal way just go into one of the hoods and get a stolen one if your lucky to get one without being killed. the joker |

Not that easy to get a gun in America?
Literally sold at Wal-Mart in texas if you're 18+...
Different states have different laws but all that doesn't matter as you still can drive to another state, buy a gun and bring it back.
It's the 2 AMENDMENT, not original right. Do you know what amendments are? |

Forget it, it goes over their heads.
If I read it right.
It allows you to bear arms in defence against an armed militia, but like all good people the wording gets twisted to suit their own needs. |

No.
The second amendment allows them to bear arms and form militia against a despotic tyrannical government. |

Now the milita movement in America.
Now this here is a whole can of worms.
You see this second amendment allows you to bear arms, allows you to train, raise militia.
Against oppression an stuff.
Now there are as many types of millita as there are militia. And I’ve met some for reasons. So let’s run down the types in broad strokes you come across.
Dave- Dave joined the local militia, buys his own kit, guns, ammo, spends time to train with his buddies, they ain’t nasty but when that disaster hits, man are they ready to help everyone, even the sad twats who think they are nutty survivalists.
Dave am his mates ain’t got one bad bone between em.
But further down, them a bit right wing ones. Now Steve and his buddies, they call him colonel, bit more strict.
Disaster hits, baby they are in charge.
For your own good like.
Then Kurt, he changed his name? Makes him sound more ..... aryan. This whole racial holy war? Bring it. He’s ready him and his buddies.
And the religious freaks...... |
