I have the rarest of rare beasts, a weekend of no work, children or taxi runs to sports events. 72 hours from Friday morning to Monday morning. I'm determined not to just sit at home at waste the opportunity.

How would you spend the time?

Weekend breaks,places to visit?

Find somewhere nice on Under the Thatch, pack a couple of books, and disappear.

Go the lakes. Book a log cabin. Chill in a hot tub and don't come out till you need to. And of course lots of ale. Bliss

I'd go to Bath and spend some time seeing friends, Christmas market-ing and enjoying a good drink or two. Have fun however you choose to spend it Op!
