Innocent or not?

Set up or not?

We don’t follow conspiracy theories, however it appears some decent scientific testing has been done in this case with reliable and repeatable results.

Making a murderer was good either way!

Cheese and Pickle.

His first conviction seems incredible and on the face of it perhaps he shouldn't have even being charged. But are you saying his incarceration caused him to become a murderer or are you saying he's innocent again?

Unsure if he’s innocent again and set up by the police etc due to his court case. But then again it was a tv show so it’s meant to be full of drama.

Innocent of the first and guilty of the second based on the evidence presented. I doubt the authorities would want 2 wrong convictions on the same person.

And I would imagine the person wouldn't be to happy either

Just a background character

"Innocent of the first and guilty of the second based on the evidence presented. I doubt the authorities would want 2 wrong convictions on the same person. "

I don't believe him to be guilty of the second crime. From what we saw the only evidence presented against him was a false confession coerced from a mentally challenged kid.

When he was sueing them for 3million i can see how they framed him. I think the evidence zellner has uncovered is frighting. The corruption in the police over there is unreal. I say innocent man. As is poor brendan.

That’s the point we’re making, we’re only getting to see what the tv company want us to see, but like an earlier comment the extra evidence that’s been uncovered should have surely been presented at the first trial by his defence?

Neither of us are experts just watched a tv show with many contradictions.
