Yep both of us do, mines been getting worse lately but I'm trying to juggle too many things in my life at the moment, there's just not enough time in the day for me.
You're not alone. You may be better talking to your doctor just for advice or to get things off your chest. Miss forced me to go a few months back when I didn't believe I had a problem but the doctor made me realise a lot of what's going on and how to gain control of it. |

Yep most of the day everday. I Have loads happening in my life at moment and have had for past seven months. Going through divorce which is making thing very stressful, have 10 year old son having problems with mother and fathers separation and school work, worry of paying bills on my own in new house and now money for Xmas present's. The list goes on. All plays heavy on the mind. |

Not personally. My friend does terribly and also with depression. I used to spend ages talking to him him through a cubicle door at work when it was really bad for him. He would literally shut himself away.
He is undergoing some radical treatment at the movement that seems to be working.
If it’s affecting your quality of life go see your GP. Good luck hope you get it under control. |
