Just realised it's been a good while since I've mixed a cocktail & after 10 years bartending how much I miss doing it.
I'm kicking off with a Perfect Manhattan.

Now that's a minefield right there. Everyone has their own favourite recipe for that, all down to personal taste  |

Was about to say the same. If you can find it try Goldschlager, it has gold flakes in - best served from the freezer. Can't say aniseed is my taste but this is a choice shot. |
