Thats why we got the lamb, son's footy training nearly over and it's rare we get a chance to have a roast dinner on a Sunday anymore since you know what xx

Slow roasted shoulder of lamb with all the trimmings..

The lambs been in since 10.30 and smells delicious

Cooking a roast but guess who forgot to take the chicken breasts out of the freezer yesterday.

Having said that, my mini me then said that he didn't want chicken anyway but still wants a roast.

Long and the short of it is we're having a roast dinner but with a burger each for the meat, lol.

Gotta love improvising
